Somewhere in Belgium
We had enough time for lunch and a bit of wandering around the shops before a long rocky breakwater (seen through the small grimy window) indicated that we had reached land and, therefore, the port of Calais.
After disembarking, we were immediately whisked off to our big tour coach, which was parked nearby.

Some time was spent on luggage labels and filling in forms, before we sped off out of Calais.
I was still reading the notes the tour director had passed when, all of a sudden, she announced that we had entered Belgium.

Above: France, and Belgium
That's it - no sign, no barrier, nothing! The only change was the "BEL PROXIMUS" on my phone.
Then she continued talking about hotel rooms and currency and tomorrow's itinerary and an optional cruise the day after tomorrow...
...and I fell asleep.
